Are the cards sent directly to me?

Yes, the cards are sent to directly to you.  This allows you to write a personalized message to your friend or loved-one. And, gives you the opportunity to hand-deliver the card if desired.

When will I receive my cards after subscribing?

Once you have subscribed, you will receive your first order of cards on or around the 15th of the following month. For example: If you sign up in April, the first month of your subscription will be June. And, you will receive your cards for June around May 15th.

Will I always receive my cards on or before the 15th of the month?

We will do our best to ensure that your card(s) will arrive on or before the 15th of the month. Due to circumstances out of our control with mail delivery, there is a slight chance that your cards could arrive after the 15th.   However, your cards for any particular month will be mailed in the previous month giving you extra time to mail out a card before the occasion itself.  For example:  Card(s) for June will come in May. This is to give you time to personalize and mail your card(s) before the actual occasion.

Do you have any shipping restrictions?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our services in the near future.

What if I need fewer cards than my personalized plan comes with?

If you are in a situation where you need, for example, 18 cards and decide to purchase the 20 card plan, you will still receive 20 cards over the course of the year. The extra cards can be anything you want, sent any time you want. When you complete the card recipient information, you can indicate that the card is an extra and set the date needed to any date of your choosing.

Which occasions can I choose from?

Administrative Assistant’s Day, Anniversary, Birthday, Chanukah, Christmas, Easter, Father’s Day, Friendship, Grandparents Day (9/8), Halloween, Just Because, Kwanzaa, Love, Mother’s Day, National Boss's Day (10/16), St. Patrick’s Day,  Thanksgiving, Thinking of You, Valentine’s Day, or other

What are the tones and styles I can choose from?

The Tones You Can Choose from Are:  Cheerful, Humorous, Romantic, Sentimental, Understated or Uplifting
The Styles You Can Choose from Are:  Modern/Contemporary, Sophisticated/Elegant, Traditional, Vintage-feel, Whimsical, or Young Child, Youth or Teen

Can I give your service as a gift?

Of course! However at this time, the only way to send Yours Truly as a gift is to purchase a monthly non-personalized subscription or a card bundle. These packages are not personalized and therefore would not require your loved one to do anything except receive greeting cards in the mail.
